Better than expected, a light hearted comedy with Paul Hogan doing what he does best: having a laugh at himself. Quite a few cameos from stars including Chevy Chase, Olivia Newton John and John Cleese. Really enjoyed it. The very excellent mr. dundee dvd.

That fake Dundee trailer from a year or so ago had more funny moments & better production value than this whole film. It's just Paul Hogan getting in trouble for what is either an easily explainable mistake or everyone around him being unbelievably stupid.
I'll give one example, if you're really worried about spoilers stop reading but honestly I wouldn't waste your time with this trash.
A movie studio approaches Paul with intentions to make another Crocodile Dundee movie. The studio wants to cast Will Smith as Paul's son. Paul says it doesn't make sense because Dundee & his wife are white. Everyone in the film assumes Paul is racist. That's basically every plot point of the movie. Paul does nothing wrong or he has an easily explainable misunderstanding or he just gets screwed over by the supporting characters & everyone assumes he's a horrible person.
The movie has two or three funny moments, but far more of the jokes miss than land. It was a struggle to get through.
